Two Weeks in Western Europe on a Budget: Realistic Daily Costs and Route Ideas

Hey everyone, I'm planning a 14-day trip to Western Europe this fall and trying to figure out what kind of budget I actually need. I want to keep costs as low as possible by staying in hostels, eating street food or grocery store meals, and taking trains or buses between cities. Could anyone share a realistic daily cost breakdown and suggest a 3-city route that doesn't feel too rushed for a first-timer?
